Built a Python pandas pipeline to extract and reconcile data from monthly PDF manifests, generating downloadable reports and replacing 20+ hours of manual labor—an initiative that earned a company-wide Innovation Award.
Developed a .NET Core microservice using SQL Server to scan boarding-pass barcodes and automate the rebooking of missed or delayed connections, reducing help-desk rebooking time by 97%.
Deployed services on Microsoft Azure, hosting them in App Service, securing applications with Azure Active Directory authentication, and implementing automated email notifications through Azure Communication Services.

Drove data-driven automation strategy by analyzing 500+ Workplace inquiries to pinpoint the highest-impact manual support tasks. Trained an AI Virtual Assistant with the data obtained using Tensorflow and pandas, which reduced employee time on routine tasks by 60%.
